So you want to start playing matches on GameBattles, eh? Well, although there is no tryout process, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1:


Register an account name on GB, by clicking HERE.


Step 2:


You MUST provide gamertag information. To do this, login to GameBattles.com. Then click where it says "no avatar" in the top right corner of the screen. It should be next to your login name. Now that you are at the "edit profile" screen, you'll notice the second section, titled "gamertag information." Select PlayStation Network, then click "Launch PSN Connect" (you might need to use internet explorer or mozilla firefox). Once it launches, enter your login information for the PlayStation network. This is completely safe, and necessary if you want to play on the team. It should then notify you that you your PSN id has been verified.


Step 3:


Post your GameBattles account name HERE. Check back regularly on GameBattles.com, and since you will only be active once you accept the Team Invite, you must accept the invitation prior to playing a match. A 12 hour waiting period is imposed by GameBattles.com.


Step 4:


Make sure you send friend requests to everyone currently on the roster.


Step 5:


Finally, make sure you are familiar with the Team Ladder Rules, which are located HERE. You really only need to read the sections titled "Settings," "MLG Variant Settings," and "Matches."


Step 5:


Get ready for some competition!
