I always get the worst teams

I just got done playing a domination game, the other team had flags b and c captured and my team had a. Instead of trying to capture another flag, my whole team decides to literally camp at a the whole game. Being the only one on my team tryin to cap, i didnt do to well. The best part is at the end of the game i get cussed out by my team for causing us to lose since my k/d wasn't even.

This game just needs to stop keeping track of your k/d or at least find a way to make your win percentage worth more.

i'm with you... I don't care at all about my k/d ratio. i get killed probably more than anyone on both team, but my captures/defuses/defends are almost always the highest ones. That's what it counts in an objective game, not how many times you die. if you care about that, then play some TDM or free for all....

this game has put a big emphais on k/d... Its about w.l and mine is at 1.4 and thats not bad for playin wit noobs all the time

i thought dom didnt record ur k/d in the after score? only kills, deaths, captures, defends.

Micojive is right those are the exact things they show in domination. Not to mention that where one objective player is needed 3 slayers are needed. Defending flags is just as, if not more, important than capturing flags. Anyone can capture a flag, it takes absoloutely no skill to sit on a flag, my grandma could walk to a flag and cap it. I like how xjawz(MLG recognized semi-pro and fastest legit prestiger in black ops) puts it: "The really good players will have no defends the whole game because the enemy will be killed before they can get to the flag. If a guy goes 40-8 and another guy goes 8-40 but gets 2 flag captures, the guy who went 40-8 allowed the guy who went 8-40 to capture flags, not the other way around." Now I see what your saying, when playing with randoms sometimes you get those people that will NEVER capture flags, which does suck cause you have to do it yourself, but the best strategy, in my opinion, when playing with randoms is to run around to C where very few if any enemies are and capture C, on MOST maps, not all maps (this wouldnt work on like nuketown, firing range, or summit). Its an easy capture, what will happen is if anyone on your team dies they will respawn on C, randoms are very predictable when they have been camping A and they get spawnswitched to C they start having this mindset that they need to re-take A this causes them to capture flags, while the enemy is befuddled you move in and capture B. This can be the difference between winning and losing. But my point is that they definitely should not remove the mention of how many kills you get in domination because getting loads of kills helps the team more and takes more skill than capturing a flag does, when done correctly.

god made the "enter" key for a reason

and i dont think a game of domination needs a slayer in it. If you are running with a team, spawn trapping the opponents, most people will stay around 20 kills with 5 or less deaths. if you have people protecting flags, you will win dom every time, its the easiest game mode to play with a team.

You all know if join a game and press circle you can check the score, your teammates and if you dont like what you see you can leave. As long as you dont pick a class it wont count as a loss.

I dont mind people staying back and protecting a flag, but when the enemy already has two and isnt even attempting to capture the 3rd, it's kind of pointless to have your whole team just sitting there. If we would have captured one more and then tried to hold them, i would have been perfectly fine with that
