sorry to say hacking is not gone, to clearify what he means, you cannot get the hacks anymore if you have not downloaded them already, if you have the hack already in your ps3 there is no way from stopping you from using it still, as I have seen already today when the invisability cheat and ammo cheat were still on along with aim bot.

What happened is that PS3 updated their firmware (atleast I think thats what they call it) to a better version to stop hackers, it was gone for a little bit, but from what I read on some hacking forums, they cracked that too, so the hacks are starting to come back

yah there worse then ever on mw2. really really really bad. 19/20 games are hacked lobbies.

honestly, this problem can never be fixed. the main encryption for the ps3 hardware has been hacked, not just this firmware version. You'd need a completely new encryption in the system before we can get back to normal
