What happened to the list?

There are a handful of new members asking to be added as friends on the PSN - isn't it supposed to work the other way?

There is a link in one of the multiple application posts as well but it's either dead or somehow locked out to administrators only. I think if we get this fixed and it's clear what the protocol is new members it should be a more welcoming environment.

The list didn't really work out that well. New members are told to add 4-5 people that have volunteered to accept new members. They are then told to add all SB members that they meet online, i.e., in parties. If you have met a new member online, please accept their friend request.
